To Prove the Merit of a Federal Court Case Aimed at Stopping School Shootings (1:24-cv-00983) - the Man (that filed the case) Predicted Last Year's School Shooting in Georgia & Even Notified Atlanta PD 2 Weeks Prior!
"This is Special Forces Guerrilla Warfare - Domestic Terrorism!"
Yes! You read that correctly. But not only did - Kelly Michael Velayas, the man that filed the court case (in an attempt to end school shootings) predict last year's school shooting in the Atlanta metro area, he claims that his various dealings with the Federal, Civil and Criminal courts (in Texas) - as well as - what he called, "A little chaos," that he created in Bastrop County and Williamson County jail, were the cause of that, "Mass Retaliation Tactic," used by The Masons, "The Elites," under the control of, "Dick Cheney."
That's not all! Then, 2 weeks after he made the accusation that it was Dick Cheney that "Tipped off" the actual shooting, Dick Cheney, "died."
The accusations, by Kelly Michael Velayas have all been filed into various Federal and Civil court cases, which Mr. Velayas claims provides him "A certain amount of protection," being that everything is (within) an "Instrument of the Law," in Legal Document form.
Mr. Velayas also claims that, "I can't be certain, but I don't think Dick Cheney died. He just went into hiding. Which is what the 'Elites,' that sell-out the United States of America are allowed to do, by the 'World Elites.' The amount of, 'Clout' and 'Power' America obtained after winning two World Wars, is being sold-off, by politicians, like Dick Cheney, Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, and the ultra-powerful. It's not complicated. This is why there's 50 million non-Americans in this country, and many of them hate us - and hate America. There is no other country that has and or will allow so many people to enter their nation - that hate and loath the citizens - of that country. It doesn't happen. Believe me. I know. I've spent decades abroad, and seen these other nation, and how they function."
Mr. Velayas claims, "The real reason Kash Patel is running the FBI, and Mamdani is the Mayor of New York, and there are so many Indian immigrant Doctors in this country - is because of the, 'Elite Network.' There is a base in Antarctica - there are locations in Tibet (China), India, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Dubai - that hide and protect Americans, if and when they want to, 'disappear,' from public view, but only if they are high enough on the, 'Elite Status.'"
Mr. Velayas went on, "Everyone knows what I'm saying - well most people do. And there are many - if not 60% of all enlisted, and 95% of commissioned in the military, and 100% of all the judges - and a great deal of police officers too - that know all about the school shooters, and Project Artichoke. I've even heard Law Enforcement openly identify inmates under Project Artichoke. And I've seen lawyers that never worked in Law Enforcement, nor the military - but were in sororities identify an inmate - not under Project Artichoke, but MKUltra. They could tell the difference between the two projects, that's how advanced many sorority members are."
Mr. Velayas didn't just notify the Atlanta PD (on August 20th, 2024), 2 week prior to last year's school shooting (which took place on Sept. 4, 2024) but he created a profile and a means to test children, to identify whom have been mentally (and physically abused) by Doctors, teachers, parents and family members.
Mr. Velayas also attempted to serve Dick Cheney various Legal Documents and requested his testimony. Then, over a year after the school shooting Mr. Velayas revealed how he was able to predict it (the shooting).
"I created a little chaos in the judicial and penal systems - then watched the Media - and a month prior to the shooting, Dick Cheney tipped it off. I waited 2 weeks after the 'tip' for everything to fall into place within the Deep State network - then emailed 6 metro areas, that I believed could be targeted. One of the 6 largest African American communities - with Atlanta being the most likely."

Mr. Velayas claims he was going to obtain testimony from an ex-Marine about all of the School Shooters being under Project Artichoke (which he claims is a process of numbing or creating a non-functioning Vagus nerve to amplify subliminal messages), and he was also going to have Doctors explain the process of transferring the conscious mind, to the subconscious, which he claims is an important part of Project Artichoke.
"The Mason ToeHold, is simply jabbing, and slapping newborn infants when they begin to think. That's all it is. It's very simple. Now, when the mother screams and cries - while slapping the instinctual 'Hot Spots' that, is historically known as 'Witchcraft' and the mother trains the boy's subconscious to be submissive to her voice, and they will test the abuse one month after birth, by simply giving a verbal command of 'Sleep' and usually the infant will pass-out. But The Mason ToeHold is transferring the conscious mind into the subconscious - and they will abuse the infant, with the specific purpose of moving the majority the child's intellect into the subconscious, which will (after time) make the subconscious ultra aware. Mr. Velayas claims, "Listen! Everything adds up and makes sense, and the testimony by the ex-military member and the Doctors would have better explained everything, but the court (Western District of Texas) dismissed the case, even after I was able to predict that school shooting. And they know I did, because I filed the notification I sent to Atlanta PD, into the court case."
Mr. Velayas added, "I know what I'm saying is difficult to accept, and it's hard to believe so many would allow these tragedies to take place, especially who's doing it - those that gave an Oath of Service to protect the country, but there are also a lot of great people working hard to stop this - and risking their lives in the process, and believe it or not - many have died fighting this, already. And I'll tell you something else, 'Witchcraft,' is a lot more common than anyone wants to admit or talk about. I have seen with my own eyes, a licensed psychiatrist - a doctor Ken Johnson - in Sacramento, California - jabbing and hitting toddlers as young as 1 and a half, all the while asking them questions, with my own eyes! And he knew exactly what he was doing! And why do you think those communal nurseries in hospitals are for? All the doctors and nurses know, you don't take away a new born infant from the heat, and smell of its mother, especially, just after birth. Oh! And by the way - I love it when these people tell me I can't talk about that. It's 'illegal.' You see, you're not allowed to think or question, how or why you get sick. You must leave your illnesses, to those that make a profit from them. Of course I'm being sarcastic - that's why we are supposed to have Free Speech!"
In the Federal court case, Mr. Velayas identified a man that claimed he was a Project Artichoke operative (for the Deep State). Mr. Velayas said, "Rick Hightower, who lives in Manor, Texas, didn't just identify himself, but others identified him as a Project Artichoke operative, and he let me know - he showed me that he's connected to the military. They are the ones that trained him! But he wasn't the only one that identified himself as an operative, Mike Babin, who said he was ex-Navy - also claimed he was a MKUltra operative. The reason that's important, is anyone that's worked for the government, isn't allowed (by law) to operate US-Military grade projects -- and he just says he does - openly."

Travis County Judge Admits "on the record" an entire court case was a conspiracy - in an attempt to get a man raped in jail!
May 14th, 2025, a Judge Burgess of Travis County admitted on record that a court case was a conspiracy to get a father (Kelly Michael Velayas) thrown in jail, in an attempt to get him raped. The Judge also stated that an Act of Congress cannot overwrite the US Constitution. In other words, The Patriot Act, cannot take away Constitutional rights (of American citizens). This "Court Precedent" changes the nature of judgements that have gone against American citizens over the past 24 years, since the Patriot Act was passed by Congress and applied into Law.
In this same court case, Mr. Velayas' own lawyer - Alfonso Hernandez - refused to file evidence on his behalf (the results of a Child Protective Service investigation) that cleared him of harming his son, took the man (his own client) to a restaurant (Texas Chili Parlor) and declared to all the guests that Mr. Velayas would be testifying against a member of the Aryan Brotherhood. Then proceeded to coach Mr. Velayas' testimony in that restaurant, in front of the guests. Also, court appointed Lawyer Ad Litem, Sharita Lynch, gave perjured testimony, that Mr. Velayas claims, because her testimony altered the ruling of that hearing, was a 3rd degree felony (Aggravated Perjury). In her perjured testimony she claimed she saw Mr. Velayas near her home, and that he went to stalk her on May 12th, 2023, but on that same day she filed a police report that was investigated by Cedar Park Police that found her claims were false. Mr. Velayas was in Georgetown, Texas, and or at his home in Bastrop, or traveling between the two cities. Both are at least a 1 hour drive (through traffic) to the town she lives (Cedar Park, Texas).
Mr. Velayas, the unfortunate victim by the court, was arrested a day after he summoned Attorney Generals in a Federal court case – 1:23-CV-00493 in the Western District of Texas (a case he filed based on racism). Thus, Mr. Velayas claims he was told, Sharita Lynch was asked to file another police report (by judges) to get Mr. Velayas arrested. This time for harassment, when the man continued to argue with her about all the crimes (he claims) she committed against him. Notably (he argued about), the first false police report, her perjured testimony, and her refusal to follow court orders. Mr. Velayas even claims she told him, that she refused to even read the court orders, and on the phone she said the father's son would be, "turned into a girl."
In June of 2023, after the second police report, the father was arrested by Williamson County Sheriffs, on a Williamson County warrant (for a class B Misdemeanor of harassment), but the father was oddly enough taken to Bastrop County Jail – not Williamson County, where he was declared a "Domestic Terrorist" under the Patriot Act - then a jail guard claimed he was "Organized Crime" in his arraignment hearing - to justify taking the man to the Federal side of the jail, where he was put in a high security jail cell where the head of the Aryan Brotherhood (and their entire family) was being held.
The conspiracy gets stranger and stranger. Oddly enough, the head of the Aryan Brotherhood - +60 year old inmate Mr. Ervin, whom Mr. Velayas claimed had swastika tattoos was the same family (the Ervin family) that attempted to get him arrested a decade before, when Mr. Velayas had a falling-out with that family, while working for their company, Ervin Cable Construction LLC, of Sturgis, Kentucky. Mr. Velayas said the family was extremely racist, and committed many crimes. Mr. Velayas claims, the President of the company, Brad Ervin, called him on the phone and said he would be, "Arrested" and, "...Go to jail for decades." That was back in 2013.
Then, ten years later, that's exactly what happened – he was arrested. And the man found himself in jail, with that very same family – the Ervin family – after a marathon trial and per Judge Burgess, it all was a conspiracy!
In the end, the man never was raped, he was in the jail cell for 4 days, and deemed a, "Dangerous Inmate" and transferred to Maximum Security, but this time taken to the county where he should have been held in custody upon his initial arrest, in Williamson County. Mr. Velayas said he made some jokes, and nobody liked them, so he was transferred.
You would think that was the end, but the conspiracy only got weirder. The father tried to sue, but even after a judge admitted on record that the case was a conspiracy, and the use of the Patriot Act to limit or criminalize the father's Free Speech, wasn't legal, thus his arrest was “illegal,” not a single lawyer would take his case. Each attorney stated that they couldn't sue "counties" or "governments." He was even kicked-out of law firms, for just speaking about his case.
Child Protective Services cleared him of harming his son, but he was told by Child Protective Services that he wasn't allowed to file a report on his ex-wife, whom initiated the entire court case, with her own accusations, after the man accused her of taking their son around gang members (the Aryan Brotherhood). Namely, Patrick Wanker (who works at Austin Energy), whom Mr. Velayas claims showed the father his wedding ring figure tattoo, which he said Mr. Wanker claimed it (the tattoo) meant he’s married to that gang. Mr. Velayas said, “These people are so stupid they brag about their crimes and tattoo their own bodies, in some weird declaration of their gang activity.” Mr. Velayas also said that the Aryan Brotherhood put a rat under his house and a dead animal in his car, to identify him as a rat (that gives information to police) then said, "I'm not a criminal and I've never made money from crime nor worked with these people, and these idiots go around telling everyone about their crimes, then threaten to kill and hurt people, then claim they are the victim, when the people they injure or threaten talk about what they tell everyone! I just make fun of these idiots and repeat the stupid crap they say, that's all!"
Mr. Velayas was able to obtain the results of the Cedar Park Investigation that cleared him of stalking the Lawyer Ad Litem - Sharita Lynch, and he brought various other investigations (that cleared him of crimes: the prior mentioned CPS investigations) before judges, and they still refused to change their rulings.
Then, Mr. Velayas claimed many different people tried to kill him in various ways. He was run over by a car. A fire was set on his property. People called the police, and claimed he had a gun and was shooting at little children, and they also claimed he was a drug smuggler. He got a call from The State Police, stating a carry-on bag he gave a homeless woman was found full of drugs. A doctor (Rajeev Gupta) refused to prescribe him correct medication. Mr. Velayas was notified by 2 different doctors the medication prescribed him, should never have been mixed, and a dentist (Raksith Ravikumar) caused an infection in his mouth that lasted 2 years. The dentist admitted the infection was his fault, then refused to fix it. All of his cats (3 of them) have been killed. His vehicle was sabotaged on 4 occasions. Mr. Velayas had to ride his bicycle to work for months. Brakes on his school bus (at work) failed - multiple times. Mr. Velayas suspects it was all intentional. Children tried to set his school bus on fire - planted a dildo on his school bus. People have broken into his home. Damaged property at his house, also. Endless harassment at work, by complete strangers - at different jobs. Many people have tried to get him arrested - filing police reports. He says, bar tenders won't serve him drinks. Patrons (complete strangers) have screamed at him, he's going to go to jail again and get "Shived up the ass!" A group of criminals, including a cop killer (Randy Louis Nyman) after serving 47 years for killing a police officer - a pedophile (Alejandro Mendez Flores) and an arson (Charles Shane Parker), moved in next-door and harassed the man. Often going into his backyard to shoot weapons in the middle of the night. Randy Nyman claimed he was a high-ranking Aryan Brotherhood gang member, and the first time he met Mr. Velayas, Randy claimed that he killed 4 police officers, with another man (Roger Dale Hester). Randy said, Mr. Hester was released by the courts after 14 years to run the Aryan Brotherhood, until he passed away, and now the courts released Randy Nyman. Mr. Velayas claims those were the man's (own) words. Mr. Velayas said Randy Nyman asked him to make a movie about his life. So, Mr. Velayas made a mockumentary (that you can find on YouTube). Then Randy threw himself back in jail.
Mr. Velayas is still fighting to see his son, whom he hasn't seen in 2 and half years. The judges demand he hire a lawyer, but no lawyer will talk with the father. Mr. Velayas claims all the courts are "Bias," run by the Masons (the secret society). Mr. Velayas claims that he has screamed at multiple judges, hoping they would arrest him on contempt of court charges – only to be kicked out of court, and in August, he claimed he was at the Bench – and told the judge, “These courts are all a fucking joke!” Where the judge demanded he return to the audience.
The man has subpoenaed people 14 times - including the doctor Rajeev Gupta and the dentist Riksith Ravikumar, his lawyer Alfonso Hernandez and the Lawyer Ad Litem Sharita Lynch, and other individuals, for testimony about his court case, and the insanity of everything, and only 1 person has appeared (in court), but the judge still wouldn't allow that individual to testify. Regardless, Mr. Velayas claims the judges won't enforce any of his subpoenas.
Mr. Velayas has proof of the court appointed Lawyer Ad Litem's perjured testimony, that he claims was a 3rd degree felony, but the courts won't even allow the father to have a hearing, nor file a police report about the crime.
In Dec. of 2023, Mr. Velayas went to see his son, all the while knowing he would be committing a crime by doing so. He even filed his own police report, prior to going, and asked the police to just arrest him. The father wanted to be thrown in jail, and demanded the police and jail guards to just kill him! The father couldn't deal with the insanity and corruption any longer.
Mr. Velayas was arrested at his son's house, where he was taken to Williamson County jail, and held in Maximum security. Mr. Velayas claims many more crimes were committed against him, first using a pedophile in an attempt to get him a hate crime prison sentence. Williamson County even said they were going to charge the father with Attempted Murder. Where Mr. Velayas demanded they do it - out of spite - and he claims that he told them, he'd plead guilty to their charge, because the judicial system was so corrupt. He just didn't care anymore. And after 2 months in Maximum security, then 1 month in general population, the court dropped the various charges against the father and kicked him out of jail.
And the legal battles continue! The man is still - to this day - attempting to see his son, and fighting the courts.
Mr. Velayas says the courts are actually the most corrupt part of American society, and “Responsible for the destruction of this country, and they are aligned with Mexico and assist the foreign nation invade, then smuggle drugs into the country, and into the jails, to corrupt both the judicial and penal systems.” Mr. Velayas claims he heard Mexican Mafia inmates complaining to other inmates about how they have to smuggle all the drugs into the jails, here in the USA. Mr. Velayas also said, "The courts, with the help of lawyers took away American's Constitutional Right of Free Speech - just so the lawyers can make more money. I've asked Yale, Harvard, Princeton, Northwestern, UCDavis and Texas A&M Law Schools to debate me on whether an Act of Congress can take away American's Right to Free Speech - and they won't do it. Because they all know it can't, but they won't change how they teach, 'The Law.' Still claiming the narrative of Americans being 'Domestic Terrorists,' for telling the truth, is, 'The Law,' and that, is worse than foreigners entering the nation illegally, and committing endless crimes in this country, destroying all of our institutions."
Mr. Velayas also claimed, while he was in Williamson county jail – an inmate (Joe Taylor) whom claimed he was a head of a gang, and was arrest for shooting 3 police officers (Mr. Velayas claims those were the inmate’s own words) said that he made a deal with the head of psychiatry Mrs. Burrows, who would allow the inmate to sleep with a female healthcare worker. Mr. Velayas said those were the inmate’s own words. “They just openly talk about the crap they do!” said Mr. Velayas. “All these so-called criminals are a comedy!”
Mr. Velayas tried to subpoena Mrs. Burrows, but he was told that he wasn’t allowed to subpoena the doctor. “These people are above the law,” said Mr. Velayas.
He also tried to subpoena an immigrant pastor Luis Paulo Dunham, who lives in Hutto, Texas, who Mr. Velayas claims assists the Mexican Mafia in identifying immigrants from foreign nations, with doctor licenses, whom the Mexican Mafia forces to perform illegal (illicit) medical procedures in their homes. Mr. Velayas also claims Mr. Dunham forces girls, mothers – women immigrants and even citizens into prostitution, using his power in the church. Mr. Velayas claims forcing women to work as prostitutes is normal in Latin America, and in Latino communities in the US, because prostitution is legal in all Latin American countries. Mr. Velayas said, “Forcing women into prostitution is a pastime for Latinos – like baseball is a pastime for Americans.”
Mr. Velayas said he will begin to subpoena criminal defense lawyers, as further demonstration of how corrupt our judicial system is. Mr. Velayas said, “They won’t show! But, if they do I’ll ask them a simple question, and they won’t answer it! When they have an American client that’s been arrested under the Patriot Act, for saying something 'Wrong,' why don’t they (the criminal defense lawyers) argue that an Act of Congress cannot overwrite the US Constitution, and take away American’s right of Free Speech? They won’t answer the question because they’ll lose money!”
